Common issues

Zonely isn't replying to a message with a time in it. Make sure it's actually been invited to that channel: /invite @Zonely. It only reads messages in channels it's a member of.
The time it detected looks wrong. Zonely needs a recognizable timezone signal next to the time — an abbreviation (CST), a country/city name (India), or a UTC offset (UTC+5:30). A bare time like "let's meet at 10" is intentionally ignored, since there's no zone to convert from.
It's not converting into my teammates' actual timezones. Zonely reads each member's timezone from their Slack profile (Profile → Timezone). If that's not set correctly in Slack, ask them to update it there.
